Anglesey Gateway Bridge

Preparation of cost plans for the re-landscaping the main access route from Holyhead Port to Holyhead town centre, including hard landscaping, planters, murals, railing, sculptures, seating, drainage and the like.

St. Dyfnog’s Well

Client: CCLYC Preservation Society
Designation: Grade II

The well sits in a woodland landscape, with several bridges, a waterfall, stream and extensive woodland pathways.
Cavendish Bloor provided pre contract quantity surveying services associated with the restoration of the well, landscape and structures, giving full consideration to its environmental, heritage and cultural aspects, with the well eventually forming the centrepiece of a religious and educational centre.

Clapham Common Waterplay

Preparation of tender documents, tender management and review, associated with the design and build of a fully accessible and inclusive, exciting and iconic new wetplay facility for children of various ages, to replace the existing but no longer functioning paddling pool in Clapham Common.

Crown Landscaping, Holyhead

Preparation of cost plans for the site clearance and re-landscaping of a prominent junction within Holyhead town centre; including removal of existing paving and landscape features and the creation of new paving, planting and lighting.

West Norwood Cemetery

Client: London Borough of Lambeth
Designation: Grade II*

Pre and post contract QS services and Contract Administration on a number of schemes within the Grade II* listed historic park and garden, a cemetery founded in 1837, laid out to the design of William Tite. The schemes included new roads, paths and associated below ground drainage, together with the reinstatement of iron entrance gates and creation of new accessible entrance through the boundary wall.

North Anglesey Park

Client: Isle of Anglesey County Council
Designation: CADW registered historic park

Preparation of cost plan for redevelopment of parkland on a contaminated, former industrial area, including the provision of accessible pathways within the natural contours, viewing platforms, entrance features, play and external exercise areas, parking, SUDS drainage, with natural soft landscaping and enhancements to the existing natural vegetation. The cost plan was broken down into several phases of delivery.
