Pre and post contract quantity surveying services associated with the conservation and refurbishment of an Edwardian swimming baths, including refurbishment of the pool hall, sauna, showers and entrance lobby, with restoration of the wall and floor tiling, repairs to the roof and concrete pool tank, together with M&E upgrade and external works.

The Lyceum, Port sunlight

New Earswick Folk Hall

Preparation of cost plans and options appraisals for the redevelopment of The Grade II Listed Lyceum, a former school built by William Lever. The options included conservation of historic fabric, repurposing of the existing Lyceum (currently housing social club, offices and museum) and Boys Brigade building, with new build extension to provide café and exhibition space, and refurbishment of the ‘Dell’ to provide greater accessibility to the landscape features.

Ty’n Llan

QS services for the restoration and redevelopment of a Public House constructed in the 1830’s around a 17th century core. The works comprise reconfiguration of the existing bar, with new build dining room and kitchen, conversion of the existing first floor to provide holiday accommodation. Extensive landscape works incorporate GSHP and PV array.

The works including redevelopment of the internal space and reinstatement of historic features to the exterior.
