Backbarrow Ironworks

Historic industrial site dating back to the early part of the eighteenth century, Backbarrow Ironworks is one of the top ten most at risk heritage industrial sites. Preparation of budget cost plans for the conservation and consolidation of the remaining structure as part of the redevelopment of the site.

Maenoffern Slate Dressing Mill

Designation: Grade II within UNESCO World Heritage Site

Preparation of costs for condition survey of existing site and feasibility cost plans for options to redevelop the site including accommodation pods, recreational facilities, viewing galleries, landscaping works and associated infrastructure works including utilization of renewable energy; plus pre and post contract QS services associated with procurement and delivery of emergency repairs.

Parc Padarn World Heritage Site

Designation: Grade I, II* II and Scheduled Monuments within UNESCO World Heritage Site

Preparation of costs for condition survey of existing site and structures for the former slate quarry, including winding houses, drum house, blast shelters, storage barns, toilets, retaining walls and sundry structures around the site.
