The scheme includes conservation of the historic fabric with internal alterations plus the insertion of mezzanine floor.

Preparation of costed condition surveys and cost plans for the conservation and repair of the historic internal and external fabric.

Moot Hall, Cumbria

Preparation of budget costs and option appraisals for the conservation, repair and redevelopment of a Grade II* listed sixteenth century building, one of the earliest purpose-build moot halls constructed in this country. The works including redevelopment of the internal space and reinstatement of historic features to the exterior.

West Park Museum, Cheshire

Preparation of costs based on condition survey of the building exterior, including masonry repairs, roof repairs including lead gutters and valleys, plus works to interior lightwells.

St. George’s Hall, Liverpool

Provision of budget and feasibility costs for a diverse range of schemes including new internal and external access provision, reconfigured basement, event space, mezzanine floors, and redecoration.
